Camp Northwest reserves the right to change or modify the refund policy on a case by case basis.
Guest Registration Refund Policy
Making a down payment will secure a guest spot. There will be an $8 charge for any cancellations. All other funds will be returned.
Staff Registration Refund Policy
Anyone who still wants to work at camp after all staff positions are filled will need to pay $100 for the week. If the staff member is unable to come we will refund them the full amount.
Camper Registration Refund Policy
There is a $50 non-refundable fee that must accompany each camper registration. All remaining money will be refunded only if you (the purchaser) notifies the camp administration of the cancellations. The deadline for refund’s will be the beginning of the campers registered camp date. If for some reason a camper has to leave camp early or come to camp late, we will refund $30 each night the camper does not stay.
